Panarchy "Social Publishing" talks coming up

Richard Adler and I will be giving some talks on "social publishing" as an example of panarchy:

Digital neighbourhood watch plan

Although much has already been researched on disaster management, this project aims to capitalise on the power of distributed social networks, with the idea that people can work as social objects. This seemed like something close to grassroots panarchy:
